Stays in place and looks good

The rug came rolled up and I was worried it would be difficult to make it lay flat. However, when I put it on the floor, it stayed in place right away. It doesn't slide around because of the backing. I had been looking for a runner to put by my door so I didn't slip when I wore wet snowy boots. I can take it outside to shake the dirt and salt off or just sweep it off. It's exactly what I wanted.
