I did a lot of research comparing brands for my F150 floor mats. I made mistake on ordering the wrong style for my front floor mats, I was impressed with the response for customer service. I sent back the item (waiting for refund, will see how long this takes) but they shipped out the correct item very quickly. The mats are awesome, they fit well and I like the grip and that they are not too thick or too thin.
