The neck opening is way too big

I love the print and style of the hoodie. I tried this same hoodie on at a local store and bought online because of the sale going on. The neck opening did not look that big on the one I tried in the store. Everywhere else fit oversized and I like it.I cannot exchange now since my size was gone so I guess I will just have to keep it.
