YOU WILL NEEDFOR HALF BOX1 LB LEAN GROUND BEEF1 1/2 CUPS HOT WATER2 CUPS MILK1. BROWNBrown beef in 10-inch skillet; drain. Return cooked beef to skillet.2. STIRStir in hot water, milk, 1 pouch Sauce Mix and 1 pouch Potatoes. Heat to boiling.3. SIMMERReduce heat. Cover; simmer about 23 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender. I love the POTATO stroganoff. The issue is that the image of the box says potato stroganoff and the description says PASTA stroganoff. This was the only place I found to let you know. Please let me know when I can order the potato version. I love most of the hamburger helper varieties but the potato stroganoff is my favorite. Yum!
