The chair is very comfortable, however im 5'11 and the back is at my shoulder vs behind my head. I then have a dilemma of this one piece pictured not sure where it belongs in the chair. The instructions were of no help. The pictures on the site was of no help, so I'm not sure what to do with it, but I'm sure it supposed to be somewhere in the design. I love the storage foot rest. Normally im good at putting things together, but this required another person because the pieces sliding into the other and you'll need help holding the pieces while trying to align and slide the interlockings to fit snuggly. The chair does rock side to side, so if you have kids or a partner that wants to come and sit on the arms to cuddle or hug you its probably not safe to do so as it will wear and tear on the interlocks possibly causing it to shift out of place or weaken. Other than that I have nothing more. Please, if someone could tell me what to do with the pictured wedge pillow that would be great

Shameful. 0 quality control and incompetent company. Horribly packaged and the only parts that were packed well WERE DAMAGED WHEN PUT IN THE BOX. $70 shipping fee for this! Came with multiple brown stains. Mislabeled parts, out of order terrible directions, wrong sized parts and velcro placed in wrong spots (had to pretty much build the thing from scratch!) corners of ottoman and seat are crushed beyond repair. Idiots even drilled holes on the wrong size and right into cushions Handle on ottoman came completely ripped off (seems it was held together by a single stapleā€¦ not sure how they thought that would work out). I would've returned it if I was able to repackage it. $70 shipping fee for them to just toss it in the box and call it a day. Don't give this company a dime. Knowingly shipping out pre-damaged products. Shameful.
