16x25x1 Furnace Filter - is not a case

Processing and delivery were very quick. Unfortunately, I only received one filter out of a case of 12 (which is what is advertised) and the filter was damaged (crushed) being shipped in an inappropriate sized box (see photos). I of course brought the item back to Walmart and they processed the return promptly.

they advertise it as 1 case 12 per case , then only give you 1 filter advertise a brand then get something else, will never buy from them again, still waiting for on my refund it's been over 1 week since returned item
