This is a great product! I have used a NuWave oven to cook, prime rib, turkeys, pork chops, etc. and to reheat a variety of items. I have also used it to dehydrate fruits to make a homemade and wholesome fruit chips. It saves time on food preparation since I can take food out of the freezer, put it into the NuWave and cook it to perfection in a matter of minutes without defrosting, preheating or heating up my kitchen. I recommend this product highly!
