I'm so glad my prior cutting board broke. This is sooo perfect! It is very sturdy, lightweight and the wood is hard, but nice for cutting with a sharp knife. I also put cutting board oil on it. This is a second one for chopping smaller items, and I had thought I'd get something for a few bucks. But I kept going back to check this one out. It is worth it!

Over built for life!

This ironwood cutting board has to be the nicest wooden cutting board I've ever owned. The thickness of this is huge, the valleys in it to channel the juices down to the drip pan are monstrous. Quantify, craftsmanship and pride of product shine through in this price of art! Smooth and washes so easy. I've got a brisket on the smoker now just to break in the cutting board. Thank you ironwood for an AMAZING product!! You know it's a good product when you smoke a brisket and have a dinner party to show off a cutting board! Perfect gift for dads this Christmas!
