This tastes sooo good sometimes I wish I could eat more, and sometimes I do. 3mg is the perfect amount to help me fall asleep. I love the peach flavor, it smells nice and tastes good. The gummy is just chewy enough without being sticky. I wish there were more supplements in this flavor. Or just a gummy candy in this flavor.
