Great item, amazing customer service
I considered more than 20 options before buying this one. And this is exactly what I need. No built-in foot rests, just this standalone thing, easy to assemble, sturdy and convenient. I had an issue with it, and it was my fault. However, the customer service treated me like a king and helped me a lot. I love such a kind of service very-very much, and will definitely come back to buy something else for my home office. Every penny spent was spent with a purpose.
