Too Much Hassle

I love my purchase. It was a $40.00 purchase and the UPS driver needed a signature. The emails said I received the merchandise but I sure couldn't find it. So after many days, I called Walmart and spoke to a great gentleman in CS. He told me I needed to go to Shakopee to pick it up and sign for it. I think Bed Bath and beyond should not expect a signature on such a low priced item. I finally have my bath accessories and am happy with my purchase. Wouldn't use BB%26B again to make a purchase - too much hassle.
