The #312 spools are designed with a metal core encased in plastic and paper to resist rust. The flexible core and plastic/paper sheath wrap around an object to be bundled. Packaged with 5 spools per case, these spools will keep your assembly line in constant motion. Uniform in color with no discoloration. The tie surface is to be smooth except where necessary to conform to the wire. The tie shall have no kinks, twists, or tears, which would interfere with performance on customer’s machines or detract from finished package appearance. Construction to consist of plastic/paper lamination. Lamination bond will be of such strength that plastic/paper tear will result before de-lamination of plastic/paper surface occurs. The traverse rate shall be fast enough to prevent tie tangling.
