great looking until you use it.

we installed this fantastic set on our granite vanity and looks like a million bucks..... until you turn it on......it squirts water out of it like a driveway pressures washer. like water running through a thin straw. How do you wash your hands under a less then 1/4 stream? Is squirting the water off your hands or just set it as a dribble. I believe they put this plastic straw into the faucets so they would be able to use lead again into the faucets and the plastic would stop the metal contamination. To cheap to use brass but charge the same price. Use larger plastic tubing as you do in the handles. Not buying Kohler anymore.....Bye!

As the manufacturer, we are very interested in supplying our customers with a quality product that delivers beyond expectations. I am sorry this was not your experience. We would recommend removing the aerator and clean it in a 50/50 white-vinegar water solution to remove any debris that my have gotten into the faucet during installation and also ensuring there is no debris within the supply lines.
