Care was taken in packing, and extremely easy to put together. The green velvet is pretty thin and already has a tiny hole in it. But, this is a pretty chair and looks /feels vintage and classy. I would recommend it. Just be careful with it . I use it as a vanity chair and overall I'm happy with it.
