Received the laptop last week, and thus far has been great! I knew my old laptop was "dying," so had to grab the Black Friday deal they were having online. The laptop is very fast, web pages and such load instantly, and the navigation on the laptop's desktop/programs/etc., is easy. If I were to have any complaints, it would be how loud the keyboard is. My old laptop was super-quiet. Other than that, I am very happy with this purchase! PS--the product showed the very next day when I ordered it. :-)
