It's LARGE
Very large U shaped work station. Very heavy. The finish is very good. the Fit of the components is near perfect. If placing on carpeted area, make sure you get it assembled where you want it the first time. Moving it on carpet is quite hard. Did not take long to assemble. Do a test fit first, and when ready to do the final use a good strong adhesive on the joints. The fasteners are good for this type but have found that they work loose over time in the particle board. But be warned the only way to dissemble it is with a sledge hammer.

Looks can be deceiving
AS far as the working space it affords, it's a great desk. I was just very disappointed, because although it's a great looking desk, it is poorly constructed. The first day it was in my office, I noticed a chip. I am also noticing it scratches very easily, and the edges are very sharp. Not kid friendly, that's for sure. The doors also do not align well. It will serve its purpose, but next time I will focus on quality rather than on price.
