Don't waste your money

I ordered 3 pairs of streamers. I received 2 sets of extremely poor quality streamers and no mention of the 3rd pair. The thickness is terrible, they look like thin plastic shreds. I called Walmart customer service and was told I would receive a refund and nothing has been refunded. It's been 1 month.
