I'm surprised I haven't broken it yet!! It works great for my daily gallon of tea! It has a great safety shutoff feature when the temp reaches its limit, which is also good for low level issues. I have had this for 5 months of daily use, and it is just the best thing I could have gotten. Easier than a teapot, and if you turn it on and forget it, it will shut off on its own. And it's pretty!!! It matches my microwave, which I will also review shortly. I highly recommend it for beauty, function, and safety!
