very disappointed

i find this incubator very difficult to set up. The directions are very vague, the way to make it himid by using bottles of water is very messy. when the roller is on, my eggs eventually move to the one end by the end of the 2nd day I have to open the lid and push them all back again. we are on day 4 and I wish i would have sent this back. If i have a good hatch rate, id maybe bump up to 3 stars, but doubtful. Also, the directions say nothing about the stryofoam packing, ya that is not only for protection for shipping, but also used for insulation on the top and the bottom of the cheaply put together pieces....so don't throw them away!
