If you only listen to one review on beds, please let it be this one. This is my most regrettable purchase ever. This bed was horrible to put together from the time I took it out of the package. Most of the holes did not line up properly, some weren't drilled at all (I ended up having to drill the holes myself) for the shelves, the hardware that was in the pre-drilled holes wouldn't screw in straight and then broke while i was trying to put it together, so they would not screw in. I ended up having to screw "L" brackets under the shelves in order to stabilize them. The leather got completely ripped up while trying to do this. The hardware was mis-marked and several pieces of hardware were missing. Some of the pieces are labeled and some aren't, and it's the same on the directions, so I spent some time trying to figure out which piece was the correct one to install next. I had to go buy them at the hardware store. The trundle is not sturdy at all. I'll be lucky if this bed makes it a year. The only reason I didn't just send the whole thing back is because once you start putting it together, it's even more work to try to take it apart and return it. I will not be buying another bed from Wal-Mart.com This bed is not cheap in my opinion, it's not a $50 bed, $200 is a lot of money, so it should be better quality than what it is.
