I completely loved this plush and definitely RECOMMEND doing business with this business!! Their customer service is above and beyond. I can truly say they care more about their happy customers than they do their profit. There was a mistake in the inventory count so my order was cancelled and I got refunded my money. I reached out to them and they swiftly answered and explained the situation, and informed me they had sent me a different plush for the inconvenience at no cost. Later, when my item first ordered was back in stock they sent it to me at no cost, they did not let me pay for it due to the inconvenience caused. I wish they could let me pay them! Now I have two lovely plush monkeys and a great experience with this business. I fully support them and have recommended it to my family and friends! Thank you 🌟🌟🌟
