Not happy

I ordered 2 batteries, and I received one on time and the other one is still roaming the roads of America. USPs delivered 1 on the 19th but both should have been here by then. the second one left the same day but has been going back and forth from Spokane to NJ to MA and back to NJ. today is the 8/26. So, at this time the battery is sitting in NJ. I have asked the shipper to look into it but got a said response. We have no control over the USPS. Then I asked them if maybe you can contact the USPS. I have not received any response yet.
