Excellent Quality Butcher Paper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality butcher paper. An essential item for me when smoking meat, especially brisket and ribs. Awesome to use when you reach the stall stage during the smoking. Helps bring the temperature up while maintaining the moisture and bark. Once you use the Broil King butcher paper, you will never use aluminum foil during smoking again.
