I ordered two different sets of hummingbird wind chimes. These were the nicer of the two and less expensive. I immediately ordered two more to give as gifts for Christmas. They were packaged in a box that is also very nice. They light up strong. I wouldn't say they are wind chimes but I suppose they would make sound on a windy day. I just like the way they look and didn't buy for the chimes. I have had lots of hummingbird lights over many years and these are great for the price.
