Seller does not honor the warranty!

This item covered the pool but allowed water to settle on top of the liner. Impossible to remove the water from the liner. While attempting to remove the cover, it was torn. Contacted the seller regarding the (12) year warranty via email but got no response. I do not recommend this product despite the so-called warranty.
