- JVCC MPF-01 Metalized Polyester Film Tape is a metalized (aluminized) polyester mylar film with a brilliant, vibrant mirror-like finish; coated with an aggressive long-lasting clear acrylic adhesive system. Tapes have excellent chemical and thermal stability.
- Metalized Polyester Film Tape is used for reflective shielding; industrial & graphic art applications; decorative trim, nameplates, electric appliances an and advertising displays. It is also suitable for micro film splicing and can be used in photo sensing applications to detect spices and to facilitate roll changeovers (should test first).
- Silver can be qualified to meet Federal Specification #L-T-100B, Type II. Gold is PVC-free and can be laser cut. Complies with the European RoHS 2002/95/EU, 2011/65/EU directives.
- Carrier/Backing: metalized polyester film. Adhesive: acrylic. Thickness: 2.1 mils (carrier, adhesive) 1 mil (carrier). Adhesion: 45 ounces per inch (to stainless steel test panel). Tensile Strength: 24 pounds per inch (longitudinal).
- Service/Operating Temperature: up to 300F. Elongation: 100%. Standards Met: RoHS compliant. Core: 3-inch diameter plastic.

JVCC MPF-01 Metalized Polyester Film Tape is a metalized (aluminized) polyester mylar film with a brilliant, vibrant mirror-like finish; coated with an aggressive long-lasting clear acrylic adhesive system. Tapes have excellent chemical and thermal stability. Silver can be qualified to meet Federal Specification #L-T-100B, Type II. Gold is PVC-free and can be laser cut. Also for a slightly thicker version of silver metalized polyester film on a release liner please see JVCC Dry Erase tape.
Metalized Polyester Film Tape is used for reflective shielding; industrial & graphic art applications; decorative trim, nameplates, electric appliances, and advertising displays. It is also suitable for micro film splicing and can be used in photo sensing applications to detect spices and to facilitate roll changeovers (should test first). The tape is self-wound (no release liner) and all colors of MPF-01 are silver on the exposed adhesive side of the tape. JVCC MPF-01 complies with the European RoHS 2002/95/EU, 2011/65/EU directives.
