Wound too tightly! But, they work. Patience Helps!

It plainly states, "Batteries INCLUDED. Sure, you will find, if you take the included screwdriver and loosen two of the screws, remove the plastic and retighten them, it works. Now, try pulling it apart. It is so tightly wound on one area that it took forever to unwind (yes, there is a bare end to it!), for fear of breaking it. Not well thought out packaging whatsoever. :(
