Very informative

Excellent book and extremely informative about the birthing process. Purchased for myself as an expecting mother and learned what to expect during the different stages of labor and delivery. It is quite a lengthy book but worth the read. I tabbed a few sections I thought would be important for my husband to read and he ended up reading much more! Included strategies to help with pain management and offered many great ways a birth partner can help along the way. Best book I read all pregnancy!
