A Christmas Bargain: A Holiday Romance Novel (Paperback) by Mindy Obenhaus

Mindy Obenhaus' books are a pleasure to read. Her characters are lovable, the plotline moves at a nice pace, and there is always a good faith thread woven into the story. Annalise was an admirable heroine, trying to step up from her perceived helplessness in life. She brought warmth, joy, and sunshine to a Christmas tree farm she inherited. I enjoyed learning about the workings of a Christmas tree farm though the book. Hawkins' tender heart and desire to help those in need made him an excellent hero, even if his bruised heart made him grumpy at times. Their journey of trust of each other and God was a worthwhile one to witness. And sweet little Olivia! I loved her interactions with Hawkins and his family. If you enjoy sweet heart-warming Christmas stories, this book will definitely hit the spot.
