This crate was purchased to use while traveling. My pup is used to her crate at home as well as a metal crate in the car. Wanting something a little smaller and a bit less expensive, I stepped down from the metal cage never giving it a second thought regarding her behavior. NOTE: If your pet is hyperactive or has any aggression whatsoever THEY WILL GET OUT OF THIS PARTICULAR CRATE. She was NOT happy. The Velcro will not restrain a willful dog. I PROMISE YOU. She also chewed holes in it. Just wanted to share my experience. The quality of the product is not in question. It is made well. It was just not a match with my pup's temperament.

There's plenty of room for her to run around and play then at night we zip it up %26 she has a night time bed. It pops up so easily just kind of stand back because it opens with a force.
