I was very excited based on the picture in the ad and then it arrived. It looks like a nice big fluffy dog bed even advertises memory foam. It is so thin that it would feel like you were laying on the floor. I mean it's embarrassing that they manufacturer product like this and then I'm the idiot meaning to return it from day one but I live out of town so it's really inconvenient to return it and now if I'm lucky customer service will at least give me a store credit. I mean, it's truly not even functional no dog could lay on this and gain comfort they'd be better off laying on anything else I mean I just can't say enough bad stuff about this product and I feel very deceived by the photographs online.
