Better than Expected

I bought this book, because my daughter is on the verge of coming of age. She is my only girl child and we share a special bond. My mother died when I was young so we really never discussed this subject much. That's why I bought this book. I read this book from cover to cover and it explains everything that a girl might want to know about the subject and then some. It is very thorough, and I really think pre-teens and young teens can relate to the book. This book helps to break the ice for mother/daughter discussions. I highly recommend this book

Very helpful explanation for my TWEEN!!!

I bought this book for my 11yr old daughter. From the moment I gave it to her she did not stop reading, she loved the book. She thought of it as a special gift between her and I, I was so happy I made this purchase! When she has questions we look over the book and I explain to her what it means. Although this book is very detailed she still comes to me to be part of the experience.

Got girls? Get this book!

This book made the "period talk" super simple and almost fun. Both my daughters (ages 12 & 9) were very comfortable reading it and asking questions. We made it one of our nightly books! Highly recommend this for all moms (even dads).
