Solid Choice for a Cargo Carrier

This model is slightly larger than some competing models. Putting it together was easy. Slightly heavier than I expected but that isn't necessarily a bad thing since the construction is solid. Am torn about the ability to be able to fold it upwards when not in use since most of the time I will either have it on the car or off the car.
