Works pretty well.

I like the brace but with a wide foot, should have gotten one size up because the laces aren't not long enough for a comfortable fit and easy lacing. The sizing information for the item should reflect both shoe size and width so that one can select the correct size. And the laces should be longer to allow for differences in width.
