There have been so many Culture Club compilations throughout the years, both poor and proper, and it can be difficult attempting to figure out which ones take care of the casual fans, and which ones the diehards. As you might be able to tell from its title, this one fits into the latter category. The group's various 12" mixes are too numerous to compile onto one disc, but this one does a decent job of sifting through it all to plug some gaps for the more serious fans -- even if it does scatter some familiar album cuts into the sequence. Highlights include the instrumental mix of "Time (Clock of the Heart)," the 12" remix of "It's a Miracle/Miss Me Blind," and the dub version of "Do You Really Want to Hurt Me." ~ Andy Kellman, Rovi
