[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The IdeaPad Flex 5 (16" AMD) - Arctic Grey, Part Number: 82XY002KUS meets or exceeds all of my minimum requirements: 1. AMD processor with high CPU and Graphics benchmark scores. 2. Multi-touch 15.6" screen. 3. Fingerprint reader for security and ease of operation. 4. Lenovo's industry leading backlit keyboard. 5. 16 GB system memory. 6. 512 GB SSD. 7. 2-in-1 functionality (includes digital pen). 8. $600± including tax, with educational and other Lenovo discounts. The setup was straight forward. Updating its BIOS, OS, drivers, and installing my necessary software went well. Connecting my external monitors, speakers, Wi-Fi & Bluetooth devices (mouse, printers, mobile phones, multiple Roku 4K, DirecTV 4K Ultra HDDVR3 Model HR54) went flawlessly with the sole exception of the Bluetooth for my mouse. For the mouse, my first contact with Lenovo Chat Support was with a Technician that was familiar with the issue; it was resolved within 20 minutes. This was the 3rd Lenovo computer that I have purchased within the last year. All of them have been excellent performers, priced very well as equipped, have been exhibited trouble-free, and the support of Lenovo has far surpassed that of any of their competitors. Having over four decades of computing experience, I say with confidence that the Lenovo products (and their support) through ownership, using, or servicing for others are superior to commercially available offerings from other vendors. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel like I have the ability to actually use my device for everything I want to now. The screen and speaker quality is fantastic despite what you may hear on some (incentivized) reviews. The keyboard is very comfortable and easy to use. The touch screen and Lenovo pen are absolutely incredible; smooth, tactile and registers every single minute detail and swipe. I particularly like the fact that I can set up the pen buttons to function as quick copy/paste actions. I've had to get used to the Windows OS but after two weeks I'll never go back, amazing all-in-one piece of tech that I would recommend to absolutely anyone!
