For a long time my husband used a stick deodorant then he tried this because his mom had it for some reason, (maybe left over from his dad). After trying it he like it better than his stick deodorant. Last longer no body Odor! I may try it. Big cans last a longer. It doesntsay its for a man or a woman its just says Sport scent.
