Back injury
I had a bad back injury due to a nasty accident, which made getting on and off the toilet a real pain. Before purchasing, my wife had been assisting me in getting on and off the toilet, but this was not convenient at all. Found this product after some research and purchased it, it was truly a godsend and solved my problem.

After receiving this product five days ago, I found that a tightening screw was missing. I immediately contacted customer service. I received a reply from customer service about an hour later and promised to reissue it. I received the reissued screw 2 days ago.

Help
After my hip replacement, I couldn't easily sit on those low toilets. Installing this raised seat is more convenient and cost-effective than replacing a low toilet, and it also provides auxiliary support armrests, which is completely worth the investment.
