Cups too small

This would be an excellent purchase if the designers would understand that the average American woman has average cups. I purchased my usual 40 C bra, but it arrived to small around the ribs, the cups were tiny.. I re-ordered because the quality was so good but I requested 44C. It fit great in the ribs, but they used the same size cup as the ones before. Ridiculous! I need a refund.

This is very good quality, especially for the price. It just runs very small. The shoulder straps are not as wide as pictured. I received a prompt refund so with the refund I'm ordering the larger size as that's closer to my fit.
