Doesn't Work and Is Really Tiny

The lights won't turn on at all and the headband is so small it doesn't fit my 4 year old whatsoever. It's made for someone with a freakishly small head and it says it's for 3 years but there's no way it would even fit a 3 year old. Really cheaply made, don't waste your money to just disappoint your child.
