I don't think they r an orthopedic sandal. I tried walking in them n my they keep sliding off of my feet. I do like the design n I do feel they are a nice sandal. I'm hoping I can find something to put in it so my feet don't keep sliding out. The price was good but as I said I don't believe they r an orthopedic sandal that was my reason for ordering them. I'm keeping them but wanted to share with u that I don't feel they r orthopedic sandal n u should do something so they dont slide off of feet when walking etc!!! I'm going to try moleskin n hope it drops the falling off of feet
