Mrs. Harriman (left) is shown with Mrs. Carroll Miller, sister of Senator Guffey of P[...] and Committeewoman from the Keystone state. Mrs. Miller acted as Toastmistress for the affair which was held at the Democratic Women's Club, 4/26/1937 Glass negatives.
