These steak knives make even tough steak slice like butter!!

These steak knives are extremely sharp. Be careful with them. They are made so water cannot seep from the blade into the handle. I always hand wash the All-Clad knives. It is my thought that dishwashing them will dull them. Right or wrong, it only takes a short time to hand wash them, dry and put away. I keep all my knives in the paper sheath they came in. The black handle is riveted and is sure to last my lifetime and the one I have willed them to. Such a great buy!

Superior knives

Superior knives. Right now, as they are only weeks old in my kitchen, they have been used many times and are a delight. My only hope is that they truly will remain sharp. Only time will tell. These knives are nicely balanced and beautiful. The blade is solid at the handle connection so particles won't go under the handle. They will never experience a dishwasher. I wash them by hand and dry, then put each back into the paper sheath they came in. I'd like plastic sheaths but havent found them for sale on All-Clad. Next I will purchase the steak knives. I'm an All-Clad fan for life.
