Useful tool for flexibility training

This stretching band is fun for my dancer, and I love that an instruction guide is included! I wish it wasn't a QR code, as the website is hard to navigate, but I was able to make it work and print out the stretching manual. One thing to note is that the instructions are fairly dense, so adults are likely needed to test out and explain what to do to younger athletes.
