Procedural practice of the Family Court in the light of the new paradigm (Paperback)

It is an analysis from the point of view of professional practice, providing solutions and proposals for cases of family and gender violence, based on Law, truth and Justice. Denouncing the alleged ideological solution to family conflicts, which is a mere story devoid of scientific value. Describing the procedural difficulties that arise in the Family Court, which is of recent creation in the province of Buenos Aires, (Argentina), and consequently, I reach proposals to address this problem, always from the perspective of the gender perspective. It is worth mentioning as one of the fundamental institutional aspects, the creation of special Secretariats to solve cases of domestic violence, as an essential structural contribution by the State.
