Fifteen-year-old Kaylee O'Shay survives a horrific accident, but is left with injuries so severe, that she may never dance again. She begins the process of rebuilding her life through tedious rehab, a life that may no longer include the thing she loves most. As Kaylee struggles to recover, she and best friend Jackie become enmeshed in a mystery over a secret letter belonging to Kaylee's mother, a letter that Kaylee hopes will lead her to the one person who can help her return to competitive dance. However, the mystery holds more secrets and heartache than Kaylee can imagine.
