Ripped off

Never received this item. It was delivered to a wrong address despite my giving the correct address. Neither Walmart or UPS willing to help. Matter has been referred to the Maryland Consumer Protection Agency and the Better Business Bureau for action. If I could give zero stars I would. I've been ripped off to the tune of $623.
