Excellent quality, same size not consistent

The only reason for 4 stars is this: I ordered one 14" chest/11" length to make sure that it would fit. My dog is a 5.5-pound Yorkie. The fit was perfect. I then placed a 2nd order for the same size but a different color. The 2nd order was a larger fit, but not so large that I would have to return...it's "roomy". It is about 1" longer in length and 1-1/2" larger in the chest. It is very nicely made and the quality of materials/zipper are excellent. Colors are true to what is pictured. It is easy to put on. Ships from China %26 once in the States was delivered by USPS. No tracking number is given for USPS, only the tracking number from China. First order received in 10 days; 2nd order received in 16 days.
