HEATING DIRECTIONS - MICROWAVE

Ensure that the microwave is clean and free of oil or food residue.

Distribute flax seed filling evenly within the pillow. Arrange the pillow in the middle of the turning table, ensuring that it does not touch the sides of the microwave, gets pinched in the door, or otherwise interferes with the microwave’s proper operation.

Heat the pillow for 2 minutes. Take it out, shake the content and check the temperature. Distribute flax seed filling evenly within the pillow and repeat in ½ minute intervals until it is hot to the touch.

Never heat the pillow more than 3 minutes total heating time.

Always check the temperature of the pillow prior to using it.

Overheating the pillow might cause burns on skin and product.
