Some of them worked others didn't

These are printheads for a large format printer. There are 4 of them. I waited about 3-4 weeks to get them and one of them does not work at all. It failed on installation. I have another one that initially failed but I got it to work. I don't even know how to tell Walmart that I need that company to send me a replacement mk/cyan printhead for the one that absolutely failed and a Yellow/magenta for the one that initially failed and will fail when I start printing. I know it will from experience.

Defective Printhead Leaks Entire Ink Cartridge

Would have given Zero stars as this defective print head leaked yellow ink down onto the rail through the printer workings (HP z3100) and onto the floor. A real mess and I have yet to assess the damage. Over $100 for a replacement ink cartridge.
